Rio 22 is an all-you-can-eat dining experience. This South American style barbecue is called Rodizio—the Brazilian way of slow-roasting perfectly seasoned cuts of meat and chicken on large skewers over open-flame grills. The meat and poultry are carved tableside by Gaucho chefs. The meal includes an all-you-can-eat hot and cold salad bar fit for a king or queen.
